Rehab Housing

Each Rehab Housing resident signs a lease with certain rules/regulations to follow to live, pays rent in Rehab Housing.  Individual service plans are developed with residents to address their goal/skills with input from formal and informal supports (family, counselors, etc.).

Group Homes

Community Friendship, Inc. owns and operates 4 group homes within the metro Atlanta area. With 24/7 care, our homes offer support and structure to assist each resident to reach their optimal level of functioning. Staff work directly with our residents to teach and assist in meal planning/preparation, housekeeping, money management, bus route training, shopping, medication monitoring and the utilization of community resources. It is a safety net for those who need ongoing support.

Apartments

Community Friendship Inc. owns and operates two apartment complexes. Shared living of 2 individuals in each unit and are available to adults with persistent psychiatric disorders who have a goal of independent living. Our apartments offer the right balance of independence. Staff are available 24/7 for routine maintenance and resident emergencies.  Staff assist residents in shopping, preparing meals, apartment cleaning, budgeting and planning recreational activities.
